"Juno" what i mean?

A-dorable. Not only was the movie clever and cute (in the best sense of that 2cent word), but the music was awesome. Kimya Dawson, best known for her duo dazzlings with Adam Green in their "moldy peaches", sings most of the soundtrack - including the opening sequence which is one of the most eye-catching i've ever seen (see the image above) Her music is so perfectly akin to the tone of the film that one cannot question reitman's decision to mostly just use her, her and adam and of course-some belle and sebastian (Because honestly where don't those guys fit in?) After I saw the movie the music stayed with me, the mark of a good soundtrack I'd say - and so I did some googling and found her, bought her album "Remember I love you" and sat back to enjoy some anti-folk tunes and revel in her majesty.
Recently Dawson graced the Spirit Awards with a performance- a perfect place to showcase her achievements for "Juno" as the film was a favorite and won awards across the board and honestly, because her music has a heart and a quirky little (big) soul - and...and...a spirit.
I'd like to have a tea party and invite her and Ellen Page - maybe some more. but if they showed up (which- i mean, why wouldn't they?) well, that would be all the tea and talk i'd need for life.
