Hailing from Pennsylvania, Peasant relies on his simple indie rock sound and lyrical charm to quiet audiences the world round. His fanbase is widening within the indie world and his talent has been likened to late-greats Elliot Smith and Nick Drake. His sound is both relaxing and enchanting - perfect for the oddity of a rainy day in LA or perhaps the soundtrack as you drive down some windy roads through some distant mountains in your trusty olds - anything but trite and everything that's nice. If i hear him on a Mac commercial i may shoot myself.
